The CA3140A and CA3140 are integrated circuit operational amplifiers that leverage the benefits of high voltage PMOS transistors alongside high voltage bipolar transistors within a single monolithic chip.
These BiMOS operational amplifiers feature gate-protected MOSFET (PMOS) transistors in the input circuit, delivering exceptionally high input impedance, minimal input current, and high-speed performance. They operate within a supply voltage range of 4V to 36V, suitable for both single and dual supply configurations.
Internally phase compensated, they ensure stable operation in unity gain follower mode. Additionally, they offer access terminals for supplementary external capacitors to enable additional frequency roll-off if required.
